When will my order arrive?
Order preparation takes 1-2 business days. Shipping after dispatch is estimated at 7-10 business days, giving an estimated total of 8-12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

We deliver to the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the item. We accept returns of unused products in a condition suitable for resale. Contact us with your order number to start the return process.
When will I receive my refund?
For eligible returns requested within the 30-day window, we issue refunds within 10 calendar days after receiving the returned item. The time for the credit to appear can depend on your bank or payment provider. We do not charge refund-processing, handling, or restocking fees; return postage is separate.

Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality returns, including a change of mind, you pay the international return postage from the United States to Hong Kong. The actual cost depends on the carrier, parcel size and weight, and shipping service selected. If an item arrives damaged or was sent incorrectly, we cover the return postage.
